Only thing I could find were that the Bleriot lugs are stock Riv lugs and the tubes are Taiwan steel, but no info about where the frame was put together, unless it is Taiwan. The s/n doesn't have the same number of digits as a Waterford, based on the post about that, so I guess made in Japan or Taiwan?
