For what if 107mm was working for you going to 113mm will just move 
the chain-rings out. If you need the wider q factor it will be nice. If you 
like a lowish q factor leaving it at 107 is a good idea. 

One of the advantages of the Phil is adjustability. With the cups you can 
adjust the chainline by a few mm.
