That'd be a starting point, true...  they could get their frames' initial 
sales location.  

But when you have a half-dozen dealers, who ship frames out to wherever 
needed; people selling their bikes on ebay; people relocating; it'd be far 
from complete on their records alone.   

A few years ago, someone had started one of those google-maps that had a 
bunch of us on it;  is that still around somewhere?  Hadn't looked at it in 
ages....
