Saw you mentioned ITB band trouble in your captions.  I resolved a
nagging ITB problem by going to cranks with a wider Q-factor and
painful  but therapeutic application of a foam roller...

Wish I could join in on a ride like this--the one thing I really miss
riding around here is long climbs and descents.
