Just asking. You could deduct whatever value you feel for the "used" aspect 
of the bike. Then add value based on any new components you have added to 
it.
 
I don't know much about how Rivendells hold their value. And also how much 
the year it was made makes a difference (frame assembler, painter, tubes 
used that year, etc.).
 
Maybe one of the Rivendell vterans around here could chime in on this and 
help you out.
