Went back to high profile Paul Neo Retros since I figured out my heel was hitting the chainstay and not the brakes. Solved with a bit wider BB. Long story short I like the high profile brakes so I have a set of nice condition Paul Touring Cantis-black. I am including two brand new hanger cables, hangers, new pads/holders (Tektro) and some Kool Stop holders with pads that are probably due for a replacement.
