After 30 hours of off and on rain, manna from heaven during this drought, I got out for a ride this afternoon. The roads were wet when I left so I took the fendered Legolas with Jack Brown Greens. Temperatures were in the 50s the entire ride so Ibex wool jersey and knickers were perfect. I stopped beside Monument Valley to snap this picture with my crappy phone because the light was spectacular. Very soon it will be too unpleasantly cold and/or icy to ride through the Monument.
