Good weekend of riding.
No real long mileage but the quality of riding was amazing.
Sean took me on a short ride around "Rivendell country". Showed me the "Jay 
Turn" the legendary turn that involved a creek crossing and a good amount 
climbing over ruts and gravel all on a hairpin turn. The story goes that 
only Jay was able to ride the turn and the gravel without putting the foot 
down. We took turns but couldn't make the creek crossing ended up walking 
the rest up.The literal high point of the ride got us bunny hopping over 
every little jump that we could ride. One hop before a hairpin turn didn't 
end as fantastic as I thought. After making the jump the excess weight on 
the tip of the saddle dropped me on the top tube and sent me flying over my 
handlebars. The result was only a couple a scrapes and a sore back. The 
rest of the ride was us taking creek crossing as fast as we can. All good 
fun when your feet are drenched at the end of the ride.
