Never thought I'd ever think of selling a Rivendell but with my third son
in college and plenty of bills in the mailbox, I'm thinking that one must
go. I just don't know which one. I have a four year old Atlantis which is
set up as a touring/rando bike and a Hunqapillar which is my go anywhere
bike. The Atlantis has noodle bars, 700*40 marathon supremes and is very
comfortable. The Hunq has bullmoose bars and 700*50 duremes. It's a little
sluggish on long rides but is great for trails and shorter rides. Is also
very comfortable and is less than a year old.
Typically I ride them on a 28 mile commute, up to 50 mile loops,
around town on errands and someday,trail rides and I hope to ride a long
tour. I love both the bikes and really don't which one to part with. Any
advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Bill
PS- I hope Manny "one bike is enough" Acosta is right.
