Is that a home-made saddlebag carrier? I plan to make one similar but bending the "ears" at an angle so that they project upward rather than downward -- don't have such huge clearance between saddle and tire on my frames.
How does the carrier work? What sort of weight will it take? I suppose you used hardware store aluminum stock? Thanks.
