I have mistakenly purchased (2) R-14 top Racks (my wife found me one as a surprise), and i bought one...both are slightly used...neither has the P-clamps...just the 4 struts...both were mounted on sam hillborne's...i'm keeping one and selling the other...contact me off- line.......$90/delivered in the lower 48....Thanks
