Can't help with that specific rack but with a saddle height of 90 cm my loops are a looooong way from my rack, so I use a Nitto Saddlebag Grip <http://www.rivbike.com/product-p/r13.htm>just to make up the distance. Works fine with my large SaddleSack. Before I got that I was using a zip tie looped loosely through the saddle rails then attaching the bag to that... not so pretty but does the job without any problems.
