I like the metallic pewter on my Saluki. It's close to the flat grey Mark-at-Riv prefers on his customs (which I think is also the old Hunqa color), but the metallic brightens it up when the sun hits it. From certain angles on certain days, I'd swear I see a hint of pink/violet peeking through...very pretty. As someone else mentioned, this kind of "neutral" color is excellent as a base for "repainting" with different-colored bartape, cables, saddles and such. Mine is currently rather conservative with a black/silver mix of parts/cables, but someday I'll go nuts and add red tape, cables and waterbottle. Just for giggles. :-) Joe Bernard Vallejo, CA.
