Toshi is right. Any Riv model that is built to order gives you some no-charge color latitude. The two main exceptions to that are: They can veto it if they hate your color choices and they can upcharge you if the paintjob you want is a more expensive paint job than the one they normally would have done. Color substitutions don't cost anything, for the most part.
