David guided us on this truly excellent ride. The kind of Saturday that makes you not feel bad about doing nothing on Sunday.
It started with a nice road ramble through the hills above Redlands. We got to look down upon the dirt sections we would be riding through. There were 8 of us total, and it was really great company. The riding part just got better and better with glorious mountain biking in the second half. I tried to make the photo set chronological. I was glad that I took the Hunqapillar with 700x55 Big Bens. It made the couple sandy parts no trouble. I was extremely impressed with everyone else who navigated those sections on their more roadish (Jack Browns, Paselas, etc.) tires. I really had a fun time.
