FWIW, and it may not be much, I swapped my 46 cm Noodles, on the Fargo, to 42s and I was very surprised at how much more comfortable the 42s were -- just about perfect. I'm narrowish and just shy of 6'.
Unfortunately the Fargo sometimes sees modestly technical terrain, and there is nothing but NOTHING more useless in technical terrain than a narrow road drop bar.
