It was brought up this proto-type didn't have the near mandatory reflective tape.please remember it IS a PROTO-TYPE and thus subject to changes.one is free to add their own tape (and with all the new duct tape colors one could cover the case in multi-color tape).I imagine with a drill, screws, a band of sorts one could easily add a rigid loop for a blinkie too.
