I had the exact same revelation about Albatross bars a couple of years ago when I swapped out my Noodles; attitude transformed as much as riding posture. I keep the Noodles around thinking I might need them on some big tour, but I've found the Albas to be totally comfortable touring bars, too. No regrets; your mileage may, as they say, vary. Also: I'll never go without a saddlebag again...
