I would have absolutely no problem revisiting this route and adding miles to it. I wish we could have gone farther into the forest and stayed the night.
I think one of the most satisfying aspects of the ride besides all the various ecosystems that we travelled through was the amount of gravel. With my LHT and the 40mm Schwalbes I never felt "underbiked." Who knows, maybe we can arrange something that meets half-way this summer, like a ramble in Gifford Pinchot that takes in Babyshoe Pass. The reality is that I'd probably not be able to make it but that shouldn't keep the rest of you from doing it. Gifford PInchot is such a great place for looping around and bike camping.
