So my little sister is looking into getting a new/First bike. she plans on going on a few S240's and will be commuting in the somewhat flat Davis, Ca area. She is on a College Grad/working at Panera Budget.
My question is does anyone have any recommendations for a decent off the shelf bike that is capable of strapping some gear onto and heading into the hills? Thanks in Advance..
