I've been pretty happy with the Stronglight cartridge bearing headsets, very light and seem pretty durable. These are not the needle bearing ones, those are hard to get. I've also been using Origin8 cartridge bearing bottom brackets, they work well too. I don't agree with Jim Thrill on a lot of things but on this we're on the same page, for once.
