Purchased mine from Wall Bikes a year or so ago. Have had to tighten it up periodically, but most of the time stays put. Mind you, I wouldn't put a big bag on with 30 pounds of gear and no rear rack underneath. But it holds the small and medium Sackville bag just fine.
