Hmm, When I try the link I get a picture of the lever with an arrow pointing to a red knob that says clearly, "q-r knob". These were sold by RBW a while back, but no longer. RBW's description of them said they came with a quick release. It IS in fact some sort or quick release mechanism or marked as such, and they ARE inline levers. Perhaps this link works better:
