At least for the start I am going with the Watson Ti Revelation bar: http://www.watsoncycles.com/Handlebars.aspx?ProductId=20 essentially a longer titanium version of the Jitensha flat bar that I use on my light tour bike. I do have a set of Albatross bars on the side (that hoarding problem again) should the Watson prove insufficient for the job.
