Hmmm...it varies depending on where I've moved things around but....

Sackville Trunksack small up front
Sackville Trunksack large in back
Acorn Medium Saddlebag
Acorn Handlebar bag
Wald large basket with and without Large Sackville Shopsack

I've got mini-fronts on the Quickbeam and Hunq, an R-14 on the former, and
a Nitoo Big Back Rack on the latter.

I generally carry a small toolkit, a pump, patch kit, a saddle cover
(Aardvark), zip ties, a couple of lights, a few food handling gloves,
sunscreen (it's Hawaii) and...well it varies. I've often been accused of
carrying too much, until they break down and I have something to hold it
together and make it back.

I also have a full set of bright yellow Ortieb BikePacker Plus/Sport Packer
Plus for touring, but I don't use them much on my Rivs as those don't go to
the mainland. I have used them on my Hunq in back for camping and the
basket up front; mostly when it's a couple of nights. For one night out
it's sort of overkill.

Aloha!
