Whew! That's a lot rules! Years ago, I found a metal Tonka toy dump truck
on the side of Hwy 46 between Cambria & Paso Robles. It was Real Steel, so
weighed a few pounds (not the 21st century plastic stuff). For some silly
reason, I strapped in onto the top of my not insubstantial load, and
carried on. Another guy on the tour had a grandson who was about the right
age for this, so I gave it to him. No way was I carrying that monster!

So is it permissible to pass along a "field acquired" mojo? Or does that
violate the last rule? I'm looking at the "retirement" clause for relief.

Do wrenches count? For some reason I keep finding small tools but they
don't have a lot of charm.
