I measure approx 37 mm wide on Mavic 317 rims which measure just over 22 mm (on the outside). I am not sure what dimension you are looking for on "height"; let me know and I will get that for you.
I did have Kojak 2.0s on a very different bike that I no longer have so I can't really give a fair comparison. I will say that I very much prefer the Compass tires over comparable sized Pasela Tourguards but don't feel a massive difference between the Compass and regular non belted Paselas. I know that many love the Tourguards but for me the belt kills the ride quality. Hope this helps.
