It's Mark's thing. If you called Riv and asked I'm sure they'd tell you something. I haven't seen anything new on the BLUG. The last thing I heard about it was several months ago. Nitto's testing revealed a risk that a heavy load on the rack could pull off your mid fork braze on. Nitto wasn't satisfied with that finding, and so they were going to design a loop for it. I didn't see a drawing or anything but I got the vibe that it was going to look like the loop that came with our old Blackburn Lowrider racks.
