I was lucky enough to make it to this ride! Attendants I know by name (and are on this list) include Andy, Shawn, Tommy, and Zack.
First of all, I'm astounded at my luck at finding such a great group of pals. Aaron is a fantastic ride leader, and it was great to see him since his move out to The Dalles. While the day started rainy and overcast, by the afternoon and early evening the sky started to clear a bit, giving us wonderful light and a gorgeous sunset. Dinner at the taco truck was fantastic. Aaron was right about the climbs--they were pretty awesome. I mean that both in terms of quality and magnitude. I really do feel like I live in God's Country when I go on rides like this. There were just too many "woaaaaah" moments.
