I'm feeling deep pangs of retail anxiety. I used to be part owner of a cooperative bike shop and I remember the stresses about making rent and paying everyone, and dreaming about earning tiny bonuses for the employees. Feeling like you are literally bleeding money away with an extra storefront is extremely stressful. The first week BLUG reads like I've felt during that past life. Thousands of people are going through it right now, so it's nothing unique about Riv, but I'm going to try and get out there for a visit and maybe drop a few dollars into the cigar box.
