My '88 Schwinn KOM-10 MTB has a vertical pump peg behind the seat cluster. Unfortunately, I'm using the chainstay bridge to mount a fender, so I can't use that location right now.
It's a nice feature, but kinda bewildering as the bike has the peg but no fender or rack eyelets.
