Your listing is highly misleading and it's contradicted with your title here, which is correct in saying it's an 1983 model. It's not an original 1st generation Stumpie. The original came with TA cranks, Tommaselli brake levers, Mafac brakes and Sun Tour ARX derailers and sold for $750.
The parts shown in your listing , like the Mountech derailers, Sugino AT crank, and Shimano BR MC-70 Canti's indicate the Sport model, which came in 1983 and sold for $500. FWIW ... A brand new-in-box one like this sold for about that a while ago.
