I try not to preach, and I don¨t know your situation and what you may have done, but … when I started with lchf (low carb high fat) one-and-a-half year ago my troublesome osteoarthritis disappeared in a very short time. Also included was a considerable weight loss and a fitter and better life. Google www.dietdoctor.com and start with www.dietdoctor.com/lchf , read it trough and think it over.
