I fully agree with Pete. My Quickbeam needs a new top tube. At this point 
it's not cost-effective to replace it. So, I'd jump at a chance to replace 
the frame set. But, I want a similar bike - No double top tubes (a solution 
in search of a problem IMHO) or other "extras" like kickstand plates. It 
should be a simple bike.
