Not exactly a conversion, but I put a RideKick trailer ( http://www.ridekick.com/) on my wife's Betty Foy. Without some sort of power assist, her heart arrhythmia would have forced her to give up biking long ago. With the Ridekick, she can (and does) commute to work when wishes. After seeing it in use for a couple of years now (she was an early adopter), I can easily recommend this product as an alternative e-bike technology.
