It's weird that there seems to be such a variety of experiences with 
communication with RBW staff. Spencer, Dave, Keven and Meisha have all been 
fantastic. While I haven't gotten a response from Jared, I want to be very 
clear that I'm not "upset" or anything. I imagine their work days are busy 
and who knows what happens to mail when I send it. Perhaps there's an issue 
with the inbox on their end. I've had multiple exchanges with Grant on 
various Riv and non-Riv related topics and I've always been amazed by how 
readily he'll respond and engage in conversation.

As for the website this morning... uggh. I bet Grant is bummed. Hopefully 
it'll get resolved quickly. The website is certainly a 100% better than 
2006 when I first became enamored with RBW.
