Mostly rain yesterday. Worst part was the wind--mostly in my face all the way on a one-way ride.
Also re-learned the lesson that no rain gear will keep you dry. Even with full fenders and a front mud flap that almost drags on the ground, my feet were sloshing within a few miles. Wool socks, thankfully, kept them warm. Up top, my Showers Pass Elite kept me dry-er, but the wool layer underneath again kept me reasonably warm even after it got damp.
