It's interesting. I'm discovering fresh swiss water decaf coffee well brewed (which I learned how to do through this group -- thank you!) helps my brain in a way similar to the way dark chocolate does (we make our own to get it dark enough without stuff that messes me up). So I'm planning on making coffee on trips now, and there is a vast difference between fresh found and even day old ground, which I can now taste because I am brewing it well. And I don't even have the Aeropress yet. Grin.
