The short answer is no. The made to order models are already designed. You'd be ordering that design
The Roadeo, Atlantis and Hilsen are made to order to the extent that when you pay money, they order it, and then it gets made. There are no custom options, certainly not wheelsize. If you rolled in and said you wanted a 650B Roadeo, they'd first figure out what size you are, and then try to help you figure out if a 650B Hilsen would work for you. If you ended up still wanting a 650B Roadeo, you would be buying a custom.
