Thanks, Doug, for that S3X gear chart. I like all three of those gears, but I haven't seen a 53t ring at my house in... Ever. A 48x15 should be similar-ish. This thread has me revisiting my S3X (SB(rown)X - nice!) and Sachs Automatic internal multispeed hubs. The news about the White Industries 16/19 freewheel has me thinking, too...
