A Collection of Kentucky Recipes INGREDIENTS: 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch) 1/2 cup margarine 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate 3 eggs 3 tablespoons flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped TO PREPARE: 1.  Melt margarine and chocolate in double boiler; pour into mixing bowl. 2.  Add eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth. 3.  Mix in pecans; pour into pie shell and bake until firm when shaken. Temperature: 350 degrees Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes HINT:  Let pie set for 2 hours before serving.
