A Collection of Kentucky Recipes INGREDIENTS: 4 to 6 pork chops Salt Pepper 2 stalks celery, chopped 5 green onions, chopped 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2/3 cup raw rice 1-1/3 cups chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt Dash red pepper TO PREPARE: 1.  Salt and pepper pork chops.  Brown in lightly greased skillet.  Remove. 2.  Sauté celery, onion, and green pepper until tender. 3.  Add rice, broth, garlic salt, and red pepper.  Bring to boil. 4.  Return chops to pan.  Cover and simmer until tender (30 to 40 minutes).
