Recall that we link with (post Rcpp 0.11.0)
PKG_LIBS= $(LAPACK_LIBS) $(BLAS_LIBS) $(FLIBS)
and note the absence of ARPACK :) So right now, the header-only build of
RcppArmadillo means no eigs!
If you export it, though, we may be able to use it.
We should talk off-list and work this out,
