Following once again two release candidates uploads to GitHub only, a new release 0.4.400.0 of RcppArmadillo landed on CRAN yesterday.

Tested against all eighty (!!) CRAN packages dependending on RcppArmadillo all of which built (but six of whom had issues testing, five because of incomplete Depends: and one because of rgl; see the rcpp-logs repo for details).
