okay, i'm starting to look at how to mount the marker into the turret.

i am thinking that i may relocate the air line back to the bottom of the
marker as it looks like it may push the lid of the turret off when it's
shooting
straight. the reason i moved the air line to the side was so i could mount
the gun upright as it was meant to be used, but i forget sometimes this is a
1:7th scale tiger leaving me less room.

but my main concern is the hopper and feed for the paint balls. right now i
have one of them 45' elbows on it and am thinking maybe a 90' copper fitting
would be more ideal.

I do see that for me to sit the marker pretty much where it is right now,
i'll have to do some cutting and grinding inside of the turret (now to find my
battery powered Dremal tool and a grinding bit of some sort).

i am trying to think of how to mount the marker to the mantle, i was first
thinking of about three 90' brackets around the barrel and some how clamping
it in place, but i don't have the space for the brackets nor do i think
clamping it would hold too well. I am going to see if i have any wood bits the
same
dia as the marker's barrel for a snug fit. if i am that lucky (not going to
get my hopes up), i'll drill out a board or two and then mount it to the back
side of the mantle, then slip the gun through - wait, there is just enough
room to do that now without me adding the extra wood, lacks space. maybe if i
mount the marker's barrel into the turret's barrel and just screw it is as
need be (Frank, your's is like that isn't it?).

I can't find the allen key to remove the grip from the handle to remove the
electronics, cut the handle and mount it to the marker. i'll be needing one of
them electronic triggers (Joe has them, right?)

what would be the most ideal up-angle on the barrel? I would like to try to
have some down ward movement as well but not a priority.

ideas?

oh, here are a few pictures of the marker sitting freely in the turret (i
only got 2 pictures to load so far, AOL and Photobucket aren't playing nicely
again):
