If you have Windows Vista, right click anywhere on the page, then find "page info" in the dropdown box. Click on "page info" and then find "translate page into English". Click on "translate page into English" and then you too can read Cantonese or Mandarin (aka Chinese). Works for most other major languages as well. I don't know if it is available in other versions of Windows. I used this tool quite a lot researching Soviet tanks on the web browser "Colossus". Have fun with it.
