Actually, Britain is "5" hours ahead of EST ... the Continent is "6"
hours ahead ... perhaps the decline is further than you thought ;-)
Don't worry I'm sure that all of our governments will soon "simplify"
our lives by defining a timezone that spans the entire globe. After
all, we don't want anyone to think they are ahead or behind someone else
... do we?
