Probably a pressure-activated paint-spraying mine would work. If there is
some sort of pyrotechnic popper within (eg. Nichrome-ignited firecracker),
then it could be set off audibly. Once anybody hears the report, the pilot
of the targeted tank must stop driving immediately. Depending on where the
paint sprayed on the tank, damage will be taken.
