In general, for SLAs, it is best to charge batteries separately whenever 
possible, so that they achieve max charge.  If you don't have the time 
or number of chargers to do that, the next best approach is to charge in 
"parallel" (connect all positive terminals together and all negative 
terminals together), where each battery takes a portion of the charge 
current.
