Yes lifting heavy weight tank up a table is not easy.
Myself I have install a 12v. ATV winch on my garage ceiling, I just drive my vehicule under it, set the chains and press the button to lift it up, then roll my tank table under it, lower it and voila, remove the chains and its done effortless. I remember before I install the winch I had to strip down all I can to barely be able to lift it up a table, my back thanks me everytime I use the winch.
